Mass Article Control Review - Mass Article Control And Uniquearticlewizard

Article marketing is still extremely powerful and definitely will stay popular if done right. As mentioned in my earlier posts, I am a big fan of Uniquearticlewizard. However lately I heard a lot about Mass Article Control. I got curious enough to join Mass Article Control. They are running a special right now and you can get in for $77 (The special offer will end on November 1st and the regular price will be $149)

So what is Mass Article Control?
When you buy Mass Article Control you will get two programs: Mass Article Creator and Mass Article Submitter. Mass Article Creator will convert one article into thousands of different versions with just some mouse clicks. Well, if I say "just some clicks" you should be awar ethat there is still some time involved. When you download Mass Article Marketer you first enter an article that has between 240 to 500 words. with one click you can unlock all the words in your article that have similar words for them. The words will be highlighted in red. Then you go to each single word in red and decide the similar words you want to use or you can also add your own variations. Yes, this can be done real fast, but the sales letter indicates that it only takes 30 seconds. This is not true. But well.... it is still very fast and the process pretty painless. BUT there will still be times when a small part of the articles generated are not easily readable. This is why I recommend to proof-read articles at least once before submitting.
Mass Article Submitter will submit spinned version of your article to 10 of the best article directories in seconds (20 if you upgrade).
It is still too early to give you results, but I like what I see and it looks promising. The only product that is similar to Mass Article Control is Uniquearticlewizard, which is much more expensive ($67 a month) and you need more time to rewrite each paragraph of your article two times. Also Uniquearticlewizard will not submit your article to the large, high quality article directories, but to 1000s of small article directories and blogs.
So what does this mean to you? Uniquearticlewizard will give you hundreds of backlinks from small sites. Mass Article Control will only submit to few, but high PR directories thus giving you backlinks with higher quality.
A big advantage of Mass Article Control is that articles sent to directories and blogs will be even more unique than the ones generated by Uniquearticlewizard, which is a good thing and might give you even better results for backlinks and rankings.
I personally will only do some tests with Mass Article Control and guess I will not continue using it for a good reason: I am a member of SENuke . When using SENuke you create a spinnable article anyway and it will be submitted to 15 of the best article directories.

So if you are not a member of SENuke,  I recommend using both Mass Article Control and Uniquearticlewizard for maximum backlinks.

Are Linkwheels Dead?

In the past months the term "Linkwheel" became very popular.
If you have no idea what Linkwheels are, here is a short explanation:
By utilising Web 2.0 properties (Squidoo, Hubpages, Xanga, Friendster...) you provide more powerful backlinks to your site and each other, so that you are increasing the rankings of the spokes in the wheel as well as your own site.
It is the tying together, or connectivity involved in having links from web 2.0 properties pointing towards your main sites.
Since these Web 2.0 properties are all on different IP addresses and subnets, the search engines will see you getting links form a wide range and style of sites, and this is a good link building and good SEO practice and will increase your search engine rankings.
As stated before the term "Linkwheel" has been growing in popularity in the past months.
However, there are some people out there stating that Linkwheels do not work anymore.
This is not true.  The reason why these marketers have no success with their Linkwheels is, that they most likely build them, interlink them, bookmark them once and stop working on getting backlinks to their Linkwheels.
Linkwheels need backlinks to get indexed by Google and other search engines! Linkwheels need attention. It's not a set and forget thing.
If you do not get backlinks to your linkwheels they will rank for some days and drop off the search engines fast. Social bookmarking your linkwheels once is definitely not enough.
This is why I like SENuke so much.
The updated version of SENuke now auto creates linkwheels on 31 (!!!!) Web 2.0 properties. You can easily auto interlink them by adding a #lastlink# placeholder.
And now comes the great thing! SENuke stores the urls of ALL Linkwheels you EVER created and you can randomily add them (e.g. at the bottom of your article) to your new linkwheels by using a simple tag.
By using the #randurl# tag you will create new backlinks to your older Linkwheel pages automatically and keep them staying in the search engines with no additional work at all!
Honestly... this is really, really cool.
So are Linkwheels dead? NO, definitely NOT! But you need to keep them ALIVE by getting backlinks.
By the way... you can now take a 14 day free trial of SENuke - Just CLICK HERE

Ezinearticles - I will write 200 articles in 10 days - PLEASE! NOT AGAIN!

If you have been doing affiliate marketing for a while, I am sure you are aware that Ezinearticles.com has been the best article directory for years. Well, no doubt, Ezinearticles.com ist still extremely powerful. The big problem is: there are too many marketers promoting clickbank products by publishing keyword rich articles on  ezinearticles.com. Especially since Bum Marketing became popular.
In case you have no idea what Bum Marketing is:
Bum Marketing or the Bum Marketing Method is an simple is a practically fool proof variation of article marketing that allows you to earn money online from the commissions of affiliate products
How does Bum Marketing work?
You write keyword optimized articles about under-exposed niches, submit them to popular article websites, let the search engines pick them up, earn affiliate commissions, get opt-in signups or make money from selling your own products.
It seems a lot of marketers are under the impression that the more articles they write the more money they will make. Just go ahead and look at the Warrioforum or any other affiliate forum. You will always come across people starting their newest BIG project. They sit down for 10 days and start writing 20 articles  per day and submitting them to ezinearticles. These guys are under the impression that this will make them rich.
All of these "big project diaries" die. I never saw anyone posting: WOW! I am making a consistent $100 a day from my big article project.
Most either make some $$ when the article is approved and is seen on the front page of ezinearticles for a while. After that traffic dies.
So why is this? Well.... this kind of article marketing worked some years ago. But the internet has changed. What worked yeasterday very often does not work today anymore.
So PLEASE! Do not waste your time writing hundreds of crap articles! And PLEASE be aware of one thing: these days INBOUND links is what counts when it comes to article marketing!
This is why it is 1000 times better to do your keyword research VERY carefully,  write SOME keyword dense articles and after that get as many inbound links pointing to your article as possible.
Just make a test yourself: take the top ranking article in ezinearticles.com and have a look how many backlinks are listed in google. After that check the backlinks of a lower ranking article for the same keyword.
Get the point?!
I also noticed that SITEWIDE LINKS will do wonders for the ranking of ezinearticle articels in google. (e.g. Blogroll links)

So how to get inbound links?
1. Social Bookmark your article
2. Build A Squidoo Lense (but be aware that it might get locked...)
3. Build a Hubpage
4. Build a Linkwheel (e.g. by using SENuke)
5.  Add the link to you forum signatures
6. Yahoo Answers and all other Q/A services
7.  Write another article and submit it to other article directories (Put the url of your ezinearticle in your bio box)  A great and very effective way do get your article out to hundreds of article directories is Uniquearticlewizard
8. Use Article Video Robot and have your ezinearticle converted into video with some mouse clicks.  Autosubmit your video to 15 video networks with one click.
9.  Get a http://www.ping.fm profile, create a profile on all websites listed at ping.fm and send a short update containing your ezinearticel's  url to all websites connected to ping.fm
10. Pligg sites are also a great way to get some nice backlinks fast. These are digg style social news sites. Either start a search on google for "powered by pligg" and you will get a list of thousands of pligg sites or go to http://www.pliggdirectory.net/.
These are just some tips to get some backlinks to your ezinearticle FAST.
And another short note: in the past months I noticed that articles submitted to Articledashboard and Articlebase rank pretty well on google. So ezinearticles.com is not the only great article directory out there!

Squidoo Lense Locked - Lens Locked, What To Do

I have been building lenses since Squidoo launched several years ago. In the beginning my lenses ranked fast and made me a lot of money. From time to time it happened, that a lense got locked for whatever reason. I never created any spammy lenses. All of them were full of unique, quality content, and I never had more than two affiliate links on them.
Google was in love with Squidoo at that time and with some decent backlinks Squidoo lenses got No. 1 google positions fast for very competitive keywords. I loved lenses at this time. Then there was the Google slap. Due to the fact that spammers created thousands very low quality lenses, Squidoo was no longer considered a high authority site. Lenses dropped drastically in rankings.
At that time Squidoo started with new rules and policicies to weed out the spammers. Effectively. Squidoo lenses started to rank well again, but not the way as in 2007.
However, now Squidoo changed their policies again. In the past Squidoo was a great place for internet marketers and most lenses were created by affiliate marketers. Thus WE were the main source of income for Squidoo.
However, Squidoo now changed their rules again drastically. No more than 9 affiliate links (OK, fully understandable) and no more lenses on various topics (people search, reverse phones, download sites++++++) Well, I can understand this as well. But what really drives me mad is the fact Squidoo just went ahead and LOCKED all lenses dealing with these topics. They destroyed the hard work of hundreds of marketers.
What kind of practice is this?
Let me take Ezinearticles as an example. Ezinearticles does not accept e.g. articles dealing with movie downloads anymore. It is against their policy now. But all articles created BEFORE this new rule was established are still there.
They deleted over 100 lenses of mine created back in 2007. All of them were full of good content.
So what is Squidoo thinking? Who do they think they are?
And it does not stop here. Right now they go ahead and lock lenses for no reason at all.
I had over 50 lenses locked for no reason. None of them was spammy. None of them dealt with a topic that is against Squidoo's new policies.
Of course I contacted Squidoo. None of my lenses got unlocked.
If you have to deal with this problem as well, here is a small trick I did in the past to get my lenses unlcocked.
1. Delete your lense
2. Create a new account
3. Recreate the lense
Voila! It will be back online
If your lense was locked due to lack of content, make sure you add more content.
I am personally sick of Squidoo and do no longer care of locked lenses.
In the long run Squidoo's behavior will drive away more and more marketers.
I wonder if they are under the impression that they can make a huge profit without markters. I doubt they can.
So Bye, Bye Squidoo!

Myarticlenetwork, Linkvana and other Blog Communities

It's true that you need to get as many backlinks as possible to get your site indexed and ranked.  No doubt about that this is why I joined Linkvana and Myarticlenetwork beginning of the year and stayed a member for 4 months.
If you have no idea what I am talking about: Linkvana and Myarticlenetwork have huge Blog Communities hosted on multiple IPs and you can send your article (blog post) to Blogs in their network. Myarticlenwetwork blog community primarily consists of people who have signed up to receive blog posts sent to their blogs.
Myarticlenetwork states that they have a blog network of 10,000 blogs and tthis might definitely be true. When you become a member you can create a spinned version of your article and a unique version will be automatically sent to blogs relating to your niche in their blog network. It does not blast out your blog post to all blogs instantly, but over time to look natural.
In 4 months. I had created over 200 blog posts which were posted over 25,000 times. The result: Nothing.
I know, backlinks will not show up instantly, but after 4 months not a single blog post was listed as a backlink neither when I looked up my domains in Google nor in Backlinkwatch.
The domains I used did not get any boost in rankings nor in traffic. After 4 months there should at least be some results.
So why is this? My guess is that the blogs in the network are mostly spammy autoblogs that do not have any authority in the eyes of google. Thus google will not give links found on this site any link value.
It's the same with Linkvana.
This is why I cancelled my membership to both of them. It's obviously not worth it. At least not for me.
From what I see know it make smore sense to get ONE high quality backlink than 1000s of backlinks from low quality blogs.
