1. The maximum number of members accepted is 150. After that, we will close our doors. This is to prevent overuse of our articles. 

2. New articles will be uploaded to the members' area once per week; old articles will be removed from the server. New members do not get access to previously uploaded articles.

3. You may submit articles to article directories. But you may NOT claim copyright if you did not edit the article significantly. You are required to assure that no other member has submitted the same article before.

4. You must be a paid member to use any Contentattack.com content. You are free to cancel your membership anytime. Our maximum of members accepted is 150, so you might not be able to re-join.  If you decide to cancel your membership you retain the rights to continue to use the purchased articles according to the above terms.

5. You cannot offer Contentattack.com article content with "private label" rights. This means you cannot grant others the right to claim or imply authorship to articles or content, or allow others to modify, add to, or change articles and content obtained from Contentattack.com. Only you as a Contentattack.com member have private label privileges.

6. You agree not to place any Contentattack.com content or articles on a website that also contains illegal content, or on a website containing warez or sexually explicit material.

We reserve the right to modify our terms anytime.
